Study: Chinese AI models parrot state line or refuse sensitive topics
An Aleph Alpha study finds Chinese AI models often follow the party line on politically sensitive questions, with only 17 to 41 percent of answers rated balanced. The finding comes from a vendor selling "sovereign AI" to governments, giving it a commercial interest in distinguishing itself from Chinese competitors.
