AI chipmaker Biren raises $515 million in share sale

Shanghai Biren Technology aims to raise about HK$4.04 billion ($515 million) by placing 130 million new shares at HK$31.08 apiece to fund its AI ambitions, a nearly 10% discount to Wednesday's close.
