Ligent Technologies raises $727M in Hong Kong IPO

AI computing networks maker Ligent Technologies raised HK$5.7 billion ($727 million) in its Hong Kong IPO and debuts Tuesday on the HKEX, joining this year's wave of companies capitalizing on the global AI buildout.
