Unreal Labs open-sources async agent harness

Unreal Labs released Unreal Agent, an open-source harness that manages tool calls asynchronously so users can steer the agent without waiting for tools to finish and more work can be scheduled between model calls. It claims up to 40% cost savings versus Codex and up to 20% versus Pi on real workloads and agentic benchmarks.
