Google to launch AI satellite with TPUs next week
Google will launch a satellite carrying its Tensor Processing Units aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 on October 1 as part of Project Suncatcher, testing how the chips handle spaceflight stress, radiation and thermal extremes as a step toward orbital AI data centers.
