Rightmove, Scout24 raise outlook on AI products
UK property platform Rightmove raised its 2026 EPS growth guidance to at least 7% from 5%, crediting AI tools such as call transcription and property performance summaries for estate agents with boosting revenue and productivity targets. German peer Scout24 also lifted its outlook, with both citing AI products as new revenue streams amid subdued housing markets.
