AI agents need a COO-style manager, Get Covered COO argues

He advises starting with rule-bound tasks and giving agents written rules, scope and regular review, citing Deloitte's finding that 23% of firms use agentic AI today and Gartner's forecast that over 40% of agentic projects will be canceled by end-2027.
