Study: heavy AI spenders grew headcount faster
A Ramp and Revelio Labs study of 21,559 U.S. companies found top AI spenders had about 10.2% more employees 24 months after adoption than later adopters, with entry-level headcount up about 12%. The study measures employment growth within adopting firms and cannot determine whether AI displaces jobs.
