India Murder Suspect Accused of Using AI Image to Fake His Own Death
Police in Uttar Pradesh, India, say 38-year-old murder suspect Rajkumar Rajbhar staged a goat's funeral and used an AI-generated image to fake his own death on a pyre, obtained a municipal death certificate, submitted it to court and went into hiding. He was arrested Sunday, accused of trying to escape trial over a 2016 fatal shooting and to avoid repaying money raised for stock market investments.
