Pflugerville, Texas adopts SAFE rules for AI and surveillance
After concerns over its Flock license-plate cameras, Pflugerville's city council adopted the SAFE resolution, setting transparency, accountability and explainability standards for AI and surveillance tech. The framework is broader than Austin's surveillance-focused TRUST Act.
