Ropes & Gray lets more attorneys count AI testing as billable
Ropes & Gray expanded its policy to let more than 1,000 associates and counsel credit 100 hours of AI experimentation and training toward billable requirements; last year only first-year associates could devote up to 20% of billable hours to AI testing. The firm invested over 35,000 associate hours in AI time this year.
