Otter.ai raises $320M from General Catalyst for meeting tool
Meeting-notes tool Otter.ai said it raised $320M from General Catalyst's Customer Value Fund, which supplies capital without equity dilution and earns returns based on marketing results. Otter.ai will use the funds for enterprise growth, go-to-market strategy, international expansion and product innovation.
