Study Identifies Four Migraine Phenotypes Using AI

A Norwegian University of Science and Technology team published in Neurology that AI algorithms can identify migraine patients without head-pain information and distinguish four biological and clinical subtypes. The finding supports migraine as a spectrum and may help explain why genetic risk captures only a small share of inheritance.
