White House order renames AI as 'Super Intelligence,' definition unchanged
Executive Order 14434, issued September 29, directs federal agencies to replace 'Artificial Intelligence' and 'AI' with 'Super Intelligence' and 'SI' in communications, websites and reports. Yet it still relies on the 2020 National AI Initiative Act definition, so spam filters and payment fraud models now count as Super Intelligence in federal usage.
