Qualcomm launches two AI-focused smartphone chips, can run 30B model locally
At its Snapdragon Summit, Qualcomm unveiled Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 and Extreme Gen 6, targeting on-device AI. The Extreme can run a 30B-parameter MoE model locally, supports up to 200M-parameter sensing models, 8K 60fps video and APV codec, with Motorola Signature 27 launching on it.
