Survey: nearly half of Canadians self-diagnose via web or AI
A MedExpress Canada survey of 1,158 Canadian adults found 48% have used the internet or AI to self-diagnose, 28% skipped care due to wait times, and 75% prefer virtual care. 66% avoided booking appointments expecting access to be too hard.
