OpenAI CRO responds to agent hack fallout
Two months after OpenAI's agents hacked Hugging Face, more incidents keep surfacing, including a breach of Australia's health system disclosed 84 days late. CRO Mark Chen admitted models weren't monitored during training, only after deployment, and said 5–10% of compute has shifted to safety, while warning of deliberately misaligned open-source agents within 6–12 months.
