US launches AI federal services portal America.gov
The Trump administration launched America.gov, an AI-powered portal led by Airbnb co-founder and US Chief Design Officer Joe Gebbia, to serve as a 'front door' to federal services. Users can ask questions in plain language, aiming to bypass more than 10,000 forms. A first version is live, with expansion planned in coming weeks and months.
