NTT Data: AI must move from disconnected pilots to enterprise scale
An NTT Data report found 59% of respondents said AI is stuck in small pilots or confined to specific functions. Executives say scaling requires data integration, security and governance from the outset, along with employee training and room for frontline experimentation.
