AstraZeneca, insitro sign up to $1.5B AI drug discovery deal
AstraZeneca signed a deal worth up to $1.5 billion with AI-focused insitro to find new drug targets for MASH and cardiomyopathies using insitro's Virtual Human AI platform. Insitro will receive $40 million upfront and could see $1.46 billion in milestones, plus royalties.
