ChatGPT adds GIF creation alongside Images 2.6 model update
ChatGPT can now generate GIFs from a prompt or an uploaded photo, with options to adjust playback speed, edit frames and share. The feature arrives with OpenAI's Images 2.6 model; previously ChatGPT could not natively make GIFs in one step.
