Dropbox to buy Tigris Data for $350M in largest deal
Dropbox plans to acquire AI data-storage startup Tigris Data for $350 million, its largest acquisition since founding in 2007. Founded by former Uber engineers, Tigris has raised about $31.9 million. The deal supports Dropbox's shift into AI infrastructure with its new DBX Agent Cloud object storage offering.
