Amazon uses AI to monitor union risk in UK warehouses
Internal documents released in a court case show Amazon uses an in-house AI forecasting tool, Atlas, to score US, Canadian and UK warehouses on union activity risk from 100 to 900, drawing on hundreds of data points including Reddit posts and internal surveys. Workers at a Coventry site say they were unaware.
