EU bishops call for AI to serve the human person
The COMECE assembly issued a declaration acknowledging AI's opportunities for human development while stressing its ethical and social challenges. The bishops urged the EU to strengthen digital capacity with human dignity at the core and lead in international AI governance, setting out eight principles.
