Colorado Springs Police launch AI for non-emergency calls
The Colorado Springs Police Department has launched Axon's AI system to help handle non-emergency calls. Named S.A.R.A.H., it transcribes, translates and routes calls; non-emergency calls are more than half of the center's volume, while 911 calls are still answered by people.
