Nvidia-Backed Agility Robotics Goes Public in US First
Agility Robotics began trading on Nasdaq under ticker AGLT after merging with Churchill Capital Corp. XI, becoming the first dedicated humanoid robot firm to list in the US. It holds about $465 million, including a roughly $201 million PIPE led by Foxconn.
