SAP pushes AI while serving on-premises customers
SAP says two-thirds of new contracts now include AI components, but complex on-premises SAP ECC setups, data sovereignty concerns and sector rules keep some customers from moving to the cloud. A Red Hat study found only 57% of German companies have an exit strategy for their primary AI provider.
