Judge dismisses antitrust suits over Google AI Overviews
US District Judge Amit Mehta dismissed two antitrust suits by Chegg and Penske Media accusing Google of using AI Overviews to divert web traffic. The plaintiffs alleged Google coerced publishers into supplying content for free or risk disappearing from search results.
