Hands-on: local TTS with Breeze

A user shares local text-to-speech with Breeze combined with speech recognition: using Opus 5.5, first audio arrives in about 500ms without thinking and 1-1.5s in low thinking mode, enabling hands-free voice interaction via a BLE remote and wireless mic to hear short spoken summaries of finished Claude sessions.
