ASMPT Revenue Jumps 49% on AI Demand

ASMPT posted its fastest revenue growth of the year, up 49% to HK$5.25 billion ($669 million), driven by AI hardware demand. Its semiconductor division slightly missed estimates, and Q4 revenue is guided at $670-730 million.
