Omen AI acquires Aquatic Labs for $16M
US data centers consume 17-19 billion gallons of water annually for cooling, a figure expected to triple in five years. After a $31M Series A in June, Omen AI is acquiring rival Aquatic Labs for $16M in cash and stock, combining their real-time water sensor technologies to automate cooling-fluid monitoring.
