A Blood Reviews narrative review finds AI models for myeloproliferative neoplasms can classify subtypes, grade marrow fibrosis and estimate survival with high discrimination in research cohorts, yet none has reached interventional testing; only blood-count-based fibrosis tools were validated prospectively. The authors call for prospective, outcome-focused trials first.
