Qwen model reportedly hallucinated signed Alibaba Cloud URL

A user running Qwen3.8-Flash-Next locally on a Mac Studio saw the model generate a signed URL pointing to an Alibaba Cloud OSS bucket during browser tool calls for Amazon product research, and stopped the session. The user found a similar report from 45 days earlier and said it may be a harmless hallucination from Alibaba coding traces in training data, though data exfiltration cannot be ruled out.

ZCode Open-Sourced After Security Fixes, Third-Party Audits

After community-reported security issues, ZCode completed remediation and open-sourced its desktop app, web workspace, backend, Agent CLI and runtime on GitHub. It says no referenced code data was retained or used for training, and CAICT and NSFOCUS assessments confirmed the OSS bucket was emptied and v3.14.0 removed the Repo Wiki feature and snapshot upload workflow.
