ActivTrak Data Conflict: Heavy AI Users Work Up to 90 Minutes Longer
New ActivTrak research finds heavy AI users work 8.42–9.08 hours daily versus 7.58 for non-users, contradicting its earlier finding that AI shortens workdays. Heavy users have 22% shorter focus sessions and switch apps 15% more, based on 9,140 workers at 467 firms.
