Your next million users are going to be agents. Millions of agents already have @AgentMail accounts, and AgentID lets them all sign in to your app in minutes. This is the next Sign in with Google. But it will be 1000x bigger. [Quoting @haakamaujla]: Introduci…
Super excited about this and I know weights are coming ( but just to be fair, you can't be the best open-weight model if you're not open-weight yet! [Quoting @MistralAI]: Meet Mistral Large 4, aka Le Chonk. • 1T parameters, natively multimodal. 49B active. It…
Perplexity wins on Hugging Face Decision Index (benchmark for decision models). Our model is open-weights and accessible to all! [Quoting @perplexitydevs]: pplx-decider-v1.1-27b, our updated open weights multimodal decision model, is now available. It scores…
Exciting to see Reflection’s Beam and Mistral Large 4 both reach roughly GLM-5.2 level in the past two days. Makes me wonder if the real Western vs. Chinese OSS models gap is simply this: Chinese labs can distill Anthropic and OpenAI models. Western labs can’…
Introducing Hark Pro Hark Pro is now live on web, iOS, and Android Try it free:
Introducing EmbeddingGemma 2, a new open multimodal model that sets the standard for on-device efficiency. - our first open, natively multimodal embedding model - handles text, code, image, video, and audio tasks within a lightweight, modular 740M parameter f…
Perplexity Decider is the best decision model [Quoting @alokbishoyi97]: Here's a fun benchmark we ran: 8 decision models playing Tetris. In our tests @perplexity_ai Decider came consistently at the top !! ( cc @AravSrinivas ) you can try em out here -
I think most people who have been closely watching AI for the past few years are likely surprised by how relatively rare terrible AI incidents have been, given a billion users overall and hundreds of millions of corporate users. Doesn’t mean that will continu…
There is a solid chance Astra and Fable will be much cheaper 🚀 Super excited for this as this will truly bring super intelligence to the masses It’s incredible how under hyped these models are because they are expensive
New imagination. New stories. New ways to create. ✨ See what creators are making with Kling 4.0 and Kling 4.0 Flash.
Mistral can pelican now! [Quoting @MistralAI]: Meet Mistral Large 4, aka Le Chonk. • 1T parameters, natively multimodal. 49B active. It is the best open weights model from US or Europe on aggregated benchmarks. • State-of-the-art on critical workloads, includ…
It's great to have competitors who are motivated by money. If they're any good, they eventually get it, and then they stop working. And if they aren't good, they aren't good.
We got Computer playing StarCraft against Computer, in real time. No pausing. The game keeps running while each agent thinks. Blue 2 – Red 5 Final match. Blue builds up safely, reaches 41 Dragoons, and moves out. Red is waiting with High Templar and hits the…

That one took some groundwork. Trained and served on our own compute, and RL shows no sign of saturation [Quoting @MistralAI]: Meet Mistral Large 4, aka Le Chonk. • 1T parameters, natively multimodal. 49B active. It is the best open weights model from US or E…

At this rate AI will get us GTA 7 before GTA 6
Chinese open-source models are exceptionally good at easy tasks No US model or frontier lab comes close DeepSeek is still the best option for simple personal agents. The inference per user costs almost nothing!
When people talk about AI easily replacing workers, I think about this ethnography of copier repair technicians in the 1990s. You see how work is complicated and improvised by workers and informal and badly documented. (But eventually technology did largely e…
Next big open source drop - GLM 5.5 Of course they will claim it is Fable 5.1 level 😂 I suspect it will beat Opus and Sol though!!

Subtle problem with AI-written academic papers is that AI isn't calibrated for feedback. AI often just folds, but if you are sending a paper for review, challenges from peer reviewers should result in some attempt to defend your idea (while still giving up on…
Quick update, I invested in @spawn! I started as a user, ended up meeting @jsnnsa, and was blown away by his vision and execution. He’s going to build the Oasis, for real. If you haven’t tried it, what are you even doing?! [Quoting @jsnnsa]: asmongold just fo…
