Veritas expands anti-counterfeit chip to jewelry, trophies, fragrance bottles

Startup Veritas is tackling increasingly convincing "superfakes" with its own chip that verifies goods, founded by former Tesla engineer Luci Holland. It is expanding the technology from fashion brands to jewelry, trophies and fragrance bottles.
