Musk's Terafab chip plan could make Intel an AI winner

Elon Musk's Terafab project plans a semiconductor manufacturing site in Texas, with Tesla and SpaceX committing $16.8 billion for phase one and targeting annual chip output to support 1 terawatt of computing. Intel's confirmed participation could give its foundry business a major customer.
