A Korea University team targeted DHPS, benchmarking 13 binding-score models and 10 molecule-generation methods, and experimentally validated AI-generated molecules. Published in the Journal of Cheminformatics, the work targets a host enzyme supporting HIV-1 and SARS-CoV-2 replication.
