Anthropic's Jack Clark tells policymakers the singularity has begun

At the IMF and World Bank annual meetings, Anthropic co-founder Jack Clark said the singularity has begun, arguing AI now accelerates discovery faster than humans can follow. He cited Humanity's Last Exam scores rising from 8% to 67.7% and FrontierMath from 2% to 94%, and urged countries to build labs, robots and research equipment.
