Anthropic reports early progress using Claude for drug development

Anthropic's life sciences team partnered with BigHat Biosciences, Bristol Myers Squibb, Divergence Labs, Enveda, Generate Biomedicines and The Column Group to study how Claude can aid drug development tasks from target identification to trial filings. It has also begun its own discovery programs, including rare childhood muscular dystrophies, and plans to scale up.
