Amazon pilots ads in ChatGPT
Amazon and OpenAI are piloting conversational ads in ChatGPT in the U.S.; inventory is available via Amazon DSP as a managed service with CPC and CPM options, while OpenAI controls delivery. Delta Vacations is among pilot brands. The partnership gives Amazon a bridge into ChatGPT’s ad channel as it scales (Amazon’s ad business neared $70B last year).
