US appeals court backs Pentagon's Anthropic supply-chain risk label
A US appeals court ruled 2-1 to uphold the Pentagon's labeling of Anthropic as a supply chain risk, letting it keep removing Claude models from Defense Department systems. It is the latest turn in a dispute that began in February and is separate from a California case.
