Anthropic officially files for IPO
Anthropic has filed for an IPO under the ticker 'ANT'. H1 2026 revenue was $1.63B with an operating loss of $693M and a net loss of $80.7B. A Founder LLC of seven co-founders will control 50.1% of voting power to preserve the AI safety mission.
