SEC attorneys disclosed using AI tool Harvey to generate a 41-page response to LSU, certifying the AI-assisted document was independently reviewed for accuracy and applicable law. It is the first such AI disclosure in the case, which has expanded from football eligibility to LSU men's basketball.
