Crusoe Abandons $1.25B Boom Turbine Plan
AI data center developer Crusoe ended a $1.25 billion deal to buy 29 of Boom Supersonic's 42MW Superpower turbines, which were to begin delivery in 2027. Boom's CEO said turbines are no longer in Crusoe's near-term power mix, though Boom will deliver about 250MW to other sites next year.
