XHToken releases Spark-X2.6-4B on-device model

XHToken released Spark-X2.6-4B on Hugging Face, keeping its predecessor's architecture and gaining coding, agent, long-context and multilingual improvements through better post-training. XHToken claims state-of-the-art results among similarly sized open models, matching roughly 9B-parameter models, with three configurable thinking budget levels.
