Tencent releases self-hosted AI assistant Octop

Tencent has released Octop, an open-source self-hosted AI assistant with a multi-agent architecture. It supports web, desktop, CLI, and IM integrations, runs entirely on local machines for privacy, and can be deployed via desktop app or Docker.
