Startup builder Vantora raises $100M, pivots to physical AI

UP.Labs, now Vantora, raised $100 million from Silversmith Capital Partners and renamed itself. It shifted to building startups solely for corporate customers in industrial manufacturing and oil and gas, focusing on physical AI, with partners able to fold ventures into their own businesses.
