Spanish PM warns unregulated AI could be devastating

Spanish PM Pedro Sanchez warned that if AI is concentrated in a few companies and countries, its impact on shared prosperity and democracy could be very negative or even devastating. He presented a 12-month plan for a "new social contract for AI" and said self-regulation does not work.
