Every Perplexity Project is a Git repo. We built a Git forge for agents, without the GitHub bloat, since no human has to approve anything. Each agent gets its own short-lived sandbox and commits to a shared repo on S3. Fewer than 2% of submissions collide. Agents search with plain `ls` and `grep`. That beats semantic search 63% vs 37% on answer accuracy for financial document analysis.
